Starting with reaching this location, its absolutely terrible road and hectic drive. The rooms - AC and WiFi both are not working properly. Service - staff and management both are really unprofessional and bothered. Bathrooms - smelly and no hot water in the showers and flush not working properly. Pool and other amenities are mentioned in the description but none of it is in the compound. Pool is shared with some other resorts. Breakfast was soo late that most of our sightseeing had to be adjusted. Even with request they did not agree to arrange it on the time they have mentioned in the reception. We paid 10k for 2 rooms and for this price there are way better resorts available in wayanad. With excellent customer service. This is one of my worst vacation experiences and regret staying here. Will not recommend!!

I am writing with this with a big disappointment . The rooms are in a bad shape , we are thinking of not staying for one more day and leaving back to Bangalore. 1. Furniture is broken 2. ⁠flush is not working properly 3. ⁠the bedsheet and pillow covers are very dirty 4. ⁠the extra blankets they gave is also torn and stinking 5. ⁠no proper availability of tea or coffee 6. ⁠even if we request they are not ready to provide breakfast before 9 am with small kids it’s very difficult 7. ⁠one single water bottle is what we got for 7 people 8. ⁠the kettle which they gave us broken and very dirty and they have nothing to replace 9. ⁠when we ordered for veg food for dinner they are getting us chicken and when we asked they said they don’t know. 10. ⁠ the toilets are stinking and we couldn’t sleep whole night , we requested a room freshner to survive . 11. ⁠since the road is bad and it’s remote we can’t go out with kids everytime for food Please tell me is this the service we get for 27000????????? For two days Never ever go to this place It’s supposed to be shut down!!!!

The bathrooms were smelly, lacked hot water, and had a faulty flush. Despite the resort's description of amenities like a pool, none were on-site. The pool was shared with other resorts, diminishing its exclusivity. Considering the high price paid, there are far better options in Wayanad. This was one of my worst vacation experiences, and I strongly advise against staying here. Save yourself the disappointment and explore other resorts in the area. Not recommended!

Majority Good comments are only because of the view of the property located. Else considering Facilities, Attitude towards guests was an unsatisfied one. AC & Shower was not working. Route map is not given prior which may cause danger to life itself due to the off-road condition. I suggest the management to be practical and you can make this property more friendly and amazing !

Bad service, washroom was stinking, there were lizards and so many insects in the room.. tiny light insects on the bed made it difficult for us to sleep, the road to reach the place is very bad. They said they have 3 floors and charged 500 extra as they said they were offering us 3rd floor which is actually 1st floor. And we struggled alot to get hot water in the washroom as the tap was not properly functioning. Over all its a bad experience, would not recommend it. Though we booked the stay for 2 days we vacated it in a day.
